Is my profile public or private and what does this mean?

If you make your profile public it may show up in search engine searches and can be seen by people who are not signed in to Skinnyo. If you make your account private it will only be available for other members of Skinnyo to find.

How can I change my profile picture?

You can change your profile picture in the profile sections in your account settings.

Can I include links to my twitter/personal website?

You can. There are boxes for you to enter links to both on your profile. You can find these on the profile page of your account settings.
