    4. maltedtea1397 reputation5 badges There's a few comments here and I apologize for not having seen them sooner. Skinnyo was a great kickstart for me (and helped me start to finally succeed at maintaining my weight/health levels).

      @MiMi: Try not to focus on the scale and love your body for everything it helps you do. Be consistent but don't obsess either :)

I know what I need to do (more resistance training) but I need to find the time/energy to do it in the middle of 3x/week half marathon training. Training for an April half marathon, eating large amounts of vegan protein and some more resistance work is, well, working! I do need to be more consistent with the weight resistance though or I'll be 'Skinny Fat' (a skinny person with love handles :lol:) 2012-02-28 12:18:00 by maltedtea

But, like I said, the fact I'm reducing body fat means something new is finally happening :lol: Only need to lose another 5% now. Don't know what that will mean in terms of pounds but it could be as little as -10 lbs or as much as -20 lbs.
