sh33zo450 reputation5 badges been a while.. not on a diet anymore...decided to enjoy my summer and started eating bread...among other things... soo ive lost 117 pounds so far and think I will take a month or two off being on a diet. Will keep making healthy decisions and no fried or junk food... but will enjoy good eats and try to keep active.. see you in a month or two after my august vacation! Happy Summer will pop in once a week to say hi... but will stop monitoring my weight and see where I end up. Later budz!

sh33zo450 reputation5 badges Shoulder is still sore but started doing some pushup on the knees to try to workout a little and situps. Doesn't help that I've had a itchy nose and my throat is dry and hurting. Can't wait to be 100%

Marvin Williams460 reputation3 badges Can you do wall pushups? When I'm in a suit for work, I'll do them in the door frame so I don't have to get on the floor. You can also adjust your angle so you don't re-injure yourself. Take your feet out farther if you want more impact. :-)

Had way too much sushii! Sparkling Sake and manage to loose weight.. no exercise lool...think im starting to loose muscle weight :(

sh33zo450 reputation5 badges Haven't been exercising for a week now... tried today but the shoulder is stiff and in pain again... think i need a rest of 2-3 weeks... i'm afraid to gain some weight back...nooooooooo im 13-14 pounds from my goal and then i want to maintain it but this sucks!!! PLUS SUMMERTIME MEANS ICE CREAM.. MY KRYPTONITE!!!!

Marvin Williams460 reputation3 badges Do you have access to a pool? Even some walking/jogging in the shallow end of the pool can do wonders. It's all about the resistance. Don't have a pool near me or I'd be all over it myself!

sh33zo450 reputation5 badges Bad food at the hotel brunch, got stomach pains and didn't eat much afterwards. I did a small free weights routine and that was it. Going again for breakfast at a restaurant today.... man gotta start saving my $$$ lol
