Hey-o there! My name's Spark and I'm here for motivation. My goal is to lose as much weight as poss, but instead of going down Anorexia Alley, I'd rather do this the healthy way; eat less junk, more apples a day and get those legs running. And hopefully, others will see where I'm coming from and will be supportive. I'm 16 and I live in Belgium. I am currently a size 38 but by March the 1st, I want to be a size 32 in time for my school trip to France. I want a flat tummy, is that too much to ask?
